Save Search Feature

You will have noticed by now the image and link sitting directly in the center of your "Search Tickets" Page Save Query

This feature should come in handy for those of you who run a similar report many times and wish to be able to quickly change all of your same variables before searching

This feature allows you to:

  1. Load Previously saved searches
  2. Save your current search
  3. Delete items from your search list


We store these searches in a database, so no need to worry about changing browsers or computers and losing your search!

In order to access these features, move your mouse over the Save Query icon in the center of the screen and click once.

You will then see an orange box containing three other options: Save the current search, Load an existing search, and quit.

Quit at any time and no changes will be made.

FAQ

"What items in my current search will be able to be saved?" Everything in the search will be able to be saved except for dates, these will still default to the past month

"Why does my screen turn grey when I'm loading a search?" This is to let you know that the search is still loading and to not submit until it is finished loading
